Agreement

JewelMark is a marketplace

We operate a multi-seller marketplace. Products are listed, priced, and sold by verified jewellers and independent sellers, who are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling orders. We are not the seller of record unless a listing expressly says so.

Pricing and live metal rates

Gold and other precious-metal prices move continuously. Prices shown are calculated from the prevailing metal rate at the time of display and may include a stated validity window. A price is only confirmed at the point the seller accepts your order. Where a displayed price is affected by a rate change, a technical error, or an obvious mispricing, the order may be cancelled and any amount paid refunded in full.

Making charges, stone value, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown in the price breakup on each product page.

Product images and descriptions

Jewellery is photographed under studio lighting and images are often enlarged to show detail. Colour, finish and apparent size may vary from the physical item. Weights and dimensions are subject to the tolerances stated on the listing.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to transact on the platform.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to infringe anyone's rights.
Do not scrape, copy or redistribute catalog content, images or pricing data.
Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Intellectual property

The JewelMark name, branding and site content are owned by us or our licensors. Product imagery and descriptions remain the property of the respective sellers.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [CITY], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
